Always green weather radar
Weather radar looks strange even cavok appears several green areas on the radar. Use Active Sky 16 already did this process and nothing changes JOYSTICK_INTERFACE = 1

What version of the Q400 are you using?

So by saying... Always a green indication on the radar..... Does this mean that your weather is not being depicted, or is just that it appears to be strange.
Depending on how the weather radar my be configured it may be painting moisture and or ground. It is not uncommon to see this. Some images of what I think you are querying may be helpful.
