When i'll install and put purchase info, i receive the mensage email incorrect

    Need to include the @ symbol and no silly spellings!

    Be sure verify that your have entered the email that you used with the purchase of the Q400. If you continue having problems then I suggest that you contact us via our support email.

    i got it. The problem is because when i bought, i set "Hotmail" and i tried with "hotmail". e.e
