Cold & Dark option does not apear

My version of the software is already at 1020 a. I've reinstalled and nothing. I have the Pilot edition.

The cold and dark panel state is only applicable to the PRO Edition or higher.
Strange, because when I bought it in April last year the cold and dark function was available. Now that I reinstalled it no longer appears. Was it a recent update that changed this function?
If you bought a PRO Edition then yes - you would have a cold and dark panel state option via the CPAN. Could it be that you have bought the PRO as an upgrade but have re-installed the PILOT edition?
The PILOT Edition never had a panel state option. User are able to configure the aircraft to a specific panel state of their choose and then save the scenario which which load that panel state, but you will have to reposition the aircraft to the airport of choice afterwards.
