VNAV Won't Select TO Waypoint

In the cruise, wanting to set up a TOD with VNAV as I fly without ATC.
Watched the airline2sim tutorials, read various tutorials online and know what I'm doing.
I click VNAV and then to waypoint and select it, enter it and nothing happens, it jumps back to the next waypoint in the FPL.
What am I doing wrong?

    Are there by chance any NO LINKS in the flight plan which would prevent the calculations from being executed?

    Can you, if it is not the NO LINKS named by kroswind, please send a picture of the selected VNAV waypoint.
