I get the message ''download exeeded'', I've been trying to troubleshoot a problem

I have indeed installed and uninstalled the program a lot today in order to solve an issue. I get the messaged ''downloads exhausted''. How do I get this to go away?

  • It will not go away as you have exceeded the allowed limit.

    You need to write to Support via email with a detailed explanation as to why the downloads have been exceeded within the alloted time granted for review and reinstatement.

    Allow up to 24 hours for a response.
  • I have sent this email twice now and have not received any acknowledgement or reply. I will try sending it again. I had no idea about how many times we can reinstall this. I have owned it since 2018 and have had many flightsim updates since then. Each one needing a reinstall. I have paid for this and should be able to reinstall it.
