Can't Access User Support Area Page

Hey guys,

I can't access my user support area page. It shows this error message

"It looks like the webpage at https://majesticsoftware.com:8443/majesticSec/pages/orderStatus.jsp might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

I did get the 1.026 patch from simmarket and everything got installed. Just wanted to know why the page isn't available.
