DASH 8 PRO Aligning issues

Hi,

It's as if the plane isn't listening to the FMS. After punching in a flight plan, the plane seems to want to go direct to the destination, skipping the waypoints. Also, when you hold the format button to setup approach courses and whatnot, there's a giant red X, indicating that (I'm assuming), something isn't aligning.

Any help would be appreciated, as this add-on ain't cheap.

Unless of course I'm doing something wrong. That's a high probability also. :)
