Cold & Dark missing from CPanel

Hi, I have P3D V5.1 with Dash 8 pilot latest version from downloads page. When I open CPAN in Flight Config page I get Units on left side, but no panels on the right side?

I have searched the forums but can't find my specific issue.

    Hi,
    The Pilot Edition is our basic tier of the Q400 series which unfortunately does not have a panel state configuration option. this feature is only available in the PRO and higher editions.
