Setting the STD

I have a mouse with a wheel in the middle (2 buttons) When I position the mouse over the baro set knob I get the hand showing , but using either the buttons or the wheel, I cannot switch the baro to STD.
Is there a keys combination?

    This does not work like the Airbus or Boeing aircraft. Clicking on the hand simply resets the BARO to 29.92 which is the same as STD.
