Unexpected Callout

Since some time I get sometimes surprising callouts. So today, on the approach to ELLX ILS or Loc Rwy 24 I got a "Plus 100" when my Radio Altimeter showed still 1.490 ft. Thats a bit confusing and I would like to know the reason.

    20 ....................... "TWENTY"
    10 ....................... "TEN"
