CTD when using FMS Copy PLT RTE function

Trying to load a plan from Simbrief. I read that when pushing the Copy PLT RTE button I should see a list of flight plans in the C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\SimObjects\Airplanes\mjc8q400\nav\routes folder.

Instead of showing the files, it immediately CTD's.

    2 Questions:

    1. Do you have the files downloaded from Simbrief in the routes folder (I have to ask as some users fail to ensure that the downloaded files from Simbrief are properly allocated to the routs folder).

    2. What version of the Q400 are you using?
