hi everybody, i installed the training edition over the pro. without uninstalling the pro. i lost my settings, liveries etc. but everything seems to work fine. but was it correct? or should i uninstall everything and install again? thanks

    Hi,
    Installing and update or upgrade over the existing installation for the Q400 will overwrite existing files and folder structures in which changes have been made. The preferred solution would be to back any pertinent files/liveries and then execute the installation.

    Hi, just purchased and looking forward to using this title. While on the subject, could you provide which files and folders should be backed up.
    Is it only the mjc84.ini? The texture folders and aircraft.cfg for liveries? are there any others?

    Correct, those are the primary files to be backed up.
