Q400 CTD WHEN LOADING IN P3D V4.5

I have P3d v4.5 with all the latest updates and when I select a Q400 plane and try to
spawn into any airport it will CTD I also have P3d v5.3 and it will fly fine in that version
I would appreciate any suggestion as to what this problem might be.

    I have an update to my post I have now had the same CTD in P3d v5.3
    as well as P3d v4.5

    Gene,

    Difficult to trouble shoot without knowing what additional addons maybe running within your sim. There has to be some utility common to both that may be causing your CTD issue.

    Start by running the Dash by itself without any utilities such as weather, ai, or any other utility that you may be using. Also providing information regarding the version of the Q400 in use would be helpful.
