Hi, trying to install disc version of the Q400 in FSX running on win 10. Install proceeds normally up to Authorization page. I enter the product key and my surname but get a window telling me 'cannot connect to server' even though i have a good internet connection! help!

The vendor was Just Flight and was purchased 2013-08-05. Don't have Order Number, only product key and the email address is , I think, my current one.
However, I've just visited customer support and downloaded an updated 'boxed set' version successfully AND in fact it appears as one of my aircraft in the sim. BUT when I select it and hit OK the sim immediately crashes, even though it works with the other FSX aircraft!! Frustrating.
Contact SUPPORT via email as mention in my previous thread with the information requested and an explanation of your issue.
