Reinstalling DASH8 Prepar3d V4 Product Key

Hallo.
Due to PC crash, my purchased DASH8 was gone. Purchased on 2023-03-17th
I have downloaded again, but when tried to reinstall, asked my Email, Name, and Product Key.
Problem is that I can not find my Product Key anywhere, and I do not want to lose what I have paid.

    Hello @Floren - your key should be available from the vendor from which you purchased the Q400. If you are unable to acquire this data from the vendor which is rare since they have that data in you purchase account, you will need to provide the following information to our Support department via email.

    1. Full Name
    2. Vendor purchased from
    3. Order number
    4. Email used for purchase
