Various 'Enunciation' / Announcement Issues

I have Q400 Pro on FSX-SE. Generally it works well but there are no 'countdown' enunciations on finals; I get "2500" but nothing further i.e. 100, 50, 40, 30 etc. There is also nothing at Take Off i.e. "80 knots / V1 Rotate / V2" - should there be? Lastly, on the selectable cabin services announcements (which always seems to be for a 2 hour flight - pretty rare in a Dash) there is Pre-take off sequence and a "Cruise" announcement, but nothing for Descent and prepare for landing - is that correct? I'm wondering if my installation is corrupted.

    This is possible and is usually activated by having the decision height set on the PFD.

    There is also nothing at Take Off i.e. "80 knots / V1 Rotate / V2" - should there be?
    We did not make takeoff call outs a part of the script.

    Lastly, on the cabin services announcements (which always seems to be for a 2 hour flight - pretty rare in a Dash) there is Pre-take off sequence and a "Cruise" announcement, but nothing for Descent and prepare for landing - is that correct?
    There is an announcement for landing preparation, not nothing specifically for descent. We have made it possible for users to create their own announcement to their own liking.
