There are no records in the user area of my email or order, here is the info:
I have removed the data you had in your post as it is not the proper location for this discussion. Providing that you are using all of the proper credentials with the original purchase and not seeing any data in your account, then:
Write to our Support Department and be sure to include supporting credentials used for the purchase of your original Q400.
a. Order Number
b. Vendor
c. Email address used with purchase
d. Full name used with purchase
e. Indicate what the issue is regarding your FlightSimStore order.
