Doesnt recognise my Order no when trying to install

I have been trying to re-install the MJC but I get a message saying no order found, according to my account I still have 5 downloads left.

Can someone advise how I can get this to work again.

  • Which version of the Q400 are you trying to install? If you had the pilot edition and then upgraded to the pro then you may be using the incorrect credentials for the installation.
  • Good news, tried again this evening and all working fine.

  • Just bought the Q400 Pro and during installation I am told to input the order number. I tried the order number from the invoice and the SKU number, and both were not recognized. I scanned the invoice and could not find any other order numbers. What gives?
