Unable to start in ready for take off dash 800q

Hello,
I try to start in ready for take off mode.
Run MJC control panel in administrator mode, set RFT, reload airplane
But the panel stays in the default mode with engine shut down and I cannot succeed starting the engines with the procedure?
Is it possible to get the upper panel in horizontal position?

    Looks like you may have missed a step.
    1. Select the panel state of choice.
    2. Click APPLY (this may be the step you are missing)
    3. Re-load the aircraft
