Installs Exhausted

Good day to all! I installed the q400 first in my laptop then when I upgraded my Ram the Dome Light would not work. So what I did was I installed and uninstalled it. Then when I tried downloading it again the message "Installs Exhausted popped up". Any help would be much appreciated. Sorry for the inconvenience that this may and will cause.

    Write to our Support Department (support (at) majesticsoftware (dot) com). Be sure to include supporting credentials used for the purchase of your original Q400.
    a. Order Number
    b. Vendor
    c. Email address used with purchase
    d. Full name used with purchase
    AND
    e. An explanation as to why your installations are exhausted

    Our search function also works and could have provided you an answer much sooner
