maintTimes.ini and maintState.ini not being created inside Texture.XXX

Hi,

The title is pretty straight forward, I have thos two files that according to Maintenance and Failure Framework should be created at the time a liverie is selected. Is that normal on the new version or is there a problem?

PS: I have PRO version on PD3V4.5
