Cant set alt knob or dial up a V/S with the v/s wheel

Hi everyone , having an issue with the Dash, Has been working perfectly forever and all of a sudden, it now will not let me set an altitude using the altitude knob. the same issue with the v/s wheel as well when I try to dial up a climb or descent rate.

I have tried a reinstall but im not sure why that didn't fix it, there must have been left over files somewhere that we not deleted. I also only have a couple of download tries left.

Any ideas on what I can try and where the left over files hide ?

    Hello,

    When you attempt to set the altitude does the value change at all? Depending on your issue it could be related to a setting within the simulator platform.
