Error with install, P3D v5 HF2

Hi all,

Having a slight issue. I had an issue with the MJC when I installed in this sim, the gauges did some goofy stuff, so I uninstalled and downloaded again from the JustFlight store, thinking maybe it had been updated for V5 HF2.

When I went ahead and installed, the aircraft appears in the sim menu, but it shows "Preview Unavailable" and throws an error "Failed to startup the flight model," and then will not load the Dash.

Anyone run into this? Any idea what the solution might be?

    Hello,

    1. Are you attempting to install a 64bit edition of the Q400? If not the 32bit versions are not compatible with v4.x and v5.x

    2. Are you installing using Administrator rights?

    3. To be on the safe side disabling you anti virus software prior to execution of running the installer.

    4. Are you attempting to install the Q400 outside of the default installation path?

    Hi,

    Yes I have the 64bit, it shows P3D v5 as an install path.
    Yes to the rest as well, no AV running, ran the installer as administrator, and in the default P3D v5 install path
