Installs Exhausted

Why am i getting this message when I clearly have more downloads available?

    Write us an email to our Support department with an explanation regarding the need to have your installations re-activated. Be sure to include all credentials used when purchasing the Q400...i.e.
    a. Full Name
    b. Email address used
    c. Vendor
    d. Order Number

    I add lots of problems with my computer, plus add install FSX numerous times last 2 installations of Q-400 I could not find the sample flight Cyzd-cyul.
