Install exhausted

Hi. I have the q400 pilot for p3dv4 and tried to install it today. Had trouble with ctd and have uninstalled and installed several times today. Now I get this message: install exhausted. I bought the product from justflight store and didnt think there was restriction for how many times i install it. Where to go from here? Thanks for any help.
