Control Panel Not Saving Settings - System Panel Ok

Hi
My Control Panel is not saving chosen settings.
This not the system panel issue - i fixed that with the update.
If i choose a different flight configuration like...
ready for taxi
ready for take off
It always start at Cold and Dark...
Help please
