Visual Extension package installer error
Hi,
Bought the extension package on simmarket.
But I cannot install it due to this error.
Im pretty sure that I have the PRO 1.021 edition. I installed the 1.021 rev 2 patch last time it was released.
Any steps to troubleshoot or things to try?

i am having the same error, after reinstalling mjc8-400-Pro-1_021_x64-inst.exe i am getting the error "No order found" after entering my credentials (Visual Extention Setup).
I'm going to try and get this and install in a couple hours. Will add my feedback here. So if this installs over the previous q400, I assume the 125hz controls in our INI files will stay in tact?
everything worked ok for me.
Can confirm, reinstalling the plane with a fresh download fixed the issue. I guess just replacing dll to upgrade previously was not getting picked up by the installer and it was thinking that a wrong version was installed.
You have to use your simmarket order number for the Visual Extension Pack. Not the order number of your Majestic Dash 8
there is no order Nr. in Simmarket.
here is the screenshot from simmarket.
It is present in your confirmation email from simmarket right in the subject name of the email.
there is only th Order#. I have opened a ticket at simmarket.
I am getting old ... I have a differnet email Address on simmarket, Problem solved
