Never had problems with previous versions. P3D4.5 HF3, Win10 (fully updated)

I reinstall it with windows 10, p3d 4.5 and am having a problem with the left course knob.

Do i need to do some sort of navaids update? I think it's worth mentioning that other aircraft such as the PMDG 737 and FSLabs A320 don't have this problem, only the dash 8.

This may have nothing to do with it, but I've read that the following has fixed sound issues for previous users of FSX (and P3D), so it may be something to try ...
