This issue unfortunately is a P3D v5 issue and has not been fully resolved by Lockheed Martin. I would suggest pulling back some of the settings within the SIM platform that may affect video memory.

I'm updating to P3D5 (DX12) right now. Everything discussed here will contribute to a better experience in the new platform.
