Ah ha! It seems I deleted the 64 bit upgrade in a recent delete/re-download/reinstallation, so actually only have 32 bit. How can I get back the 64 bit version please?

Are you running FSX and P3D on the same machine? If so you must use the CPAN specific to each simulator platform. As they do not control both platforms simultaneously.
