Installs Exhausted

I am having recurring problems with my machine, which has caused me to reinstall the MJC Q400 several times. Today, in a new installation I received a message: "installs exhausted". How should I proceed? Thank you for your attention.

  • What you purchased is five installs of that product. You purchased the right to install it five times, not the product itself.
    That being said I have no affiliation with the company whatsoever and they might be lenient, I honestly don't know. Just wanted to point that common misconception about software ownership out.

    I think you are limited to 5 installs per month and the counter resets back to 5 after 1 month.
    If you use up your 5 installs then an email to support@majesticsoftware.com with the details of the problems you are having will usually result in the install counter being reset.
