It's been 11 weeks since we were advised that we would get an update in a few weeks.

am I the only one who keeps checking this thread every day in hope of the update?

I'll bet you'll get some interest here when the Q400 comes out for MSFS.
-
thanks. Odd request but please keep exact same music you had in p3d for preflight activity. I've moved on from p3d, but still miss this plane.

@pjbflyer said: I'd love to see a public comment just showing a commitment to the DHC8 in some form - no time lines necessarily (other than, say, 2023), but it would be good to know it's going to be produced. amen brother

@kroswynd said: Our focus moving forward will be on MSFS 2020, and we will determine future plans for P3D v.5x I'm very happy to hear this also. I have had MSFS since they gave me a slot as an alpha tester. But it wasn't until a month a…

so I've made some progress with input data from the rotaries. However I'm still stumped as to the out puts. Example. If I've selected a target altitude of 5000. How do I get that 5000 to appear on my FCU. thanks

Ok thanks.

It sounds like even if people have the training edition, they are still having the issue.
-
just bought this yoke but haven't set it up yet. Which version of the q400 do you have?

i'm not at my computer. But yes bouncing crazy on spawn to the point where the aircraft seems like it would be unusable at that airport. Which is a bummer considering I can use my other ones. that's all.

that's what i'm saying. I just updated to the training edition. Loaded up at madeira and airplane kept bouncing up and down.

@kroswynd said: If you do not own the Training or Cockpit editions then you will not have access to that folder/tool I just bought the training edition. I'll go do another check to see if I can find the folder. Had another question for …

@kroswynd said: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I think I have this addon airport so will check it in a few days when I return home. no problem. It also happened at madeira LPMA

@kroswynd said: Hi, The Training edition does not rely in the mjc84.ini for configuring input devices. There is a folder in the root folder "JCONF" which you create a profile for each input device and then assign axii and butto…

Looks like we are a year later. I'm having this issue. Anybody ever figure steps to correct this?
-
I have had this happen now for a 2nd time in around 10 flights. Started from cold and dark. Climbing out now and when I look behind me I see the pins in place in the cockpit. But nothing happens when landing gear is attempted to be retracted. An…

I've had a successful few load ups. I basically uninstalled and removed all traces of FSUIPC. Then reinstalled it. I will continue to monitor. But its possible something got corrupted in my FSUIPC. We shall see. thanks.

agree. thanks so much

I'm still having this issue. I've noticed that the mjc84.ini is being overwritten and when I scroll down to Joystick Interface Assignments the device numbers are changing. For example the correct: J1=X=FlightControls...Aileron is being replace…

the error was totally on my end. an old trim wheel hardware piece I had all of a sudden became added to the p3d axis controls. Clearing that out fixed the conflict. sorry for the fire drill

I think i figured it out. never mind. thanks

Would it be helpful if I send my INI file? thanks
