Ar manager and the dash 8
HI,
I am building a home cockpit for the dash 8 and would like to use air manager for the gauges, after weeks of searching and a massive learning curve with LUA scripting, I just cannot get air manager to recieve the data from the dash. I have looked through all the documentation, I have the variable map file and am aware that the dash outputs some variables in xml. my question is, what LUA code should I use in the "function" command.
Is there a way to get LUA to access the data and then convert that into data that air manager can use.
if I am onto a no starter with this, is there a way that I can design and build gauges to display on a second pc, without using the "pop out" function of fsx.
