NavData Update Fail

Using FSX Steam with NavData subscription with updates for Dash8 Q400. The FMS still shows old data and there is not listing of newer databases. I did download the update through NavData Database specifically for the Dash8 Q400. What's the next step?

    Have you ever checked in the corresponding NAV folder of the Dash whether a correspondingly current file has arrived there after the update?

    I had to manually add the Q400 into the Database manager then it worked. Thanks for your input.
