Landing Gear not raising
I have started a flight from C&D and cannot raise the gear after take off The Gear Pins are stowed behind me for sure, and I double checked the FMS

I have had this happen now for a 2nd time in around 10 flights. Started from cold and dark. Climbing out now and when I look behind me I see the pins in place in the cockpit. But nothing happens when landing gear is attempted to be retracted. Any ideas how to fix this?
