Latest Dash version and HOTA's Rhino

Good day everyone,
I was hoping that someone could help, I am running P3Dv4.5 and windows 10. I have recently updated my flight controls to the HOTA's Rhino, I have mapped the throttle unit to control the engines independently, however when I push the throttles forward during take of the right engine progresses forward quicker than the left. I have checked the mapping and calibration of all the axes. I am not using FSUIPC and I am just using the basic P3D configuration.

Has anybody come across this or has a fix? Its driving me a little nuts as I have tried everything I can think of to try and get it to work. I have resorted to using the one axes for both engines at the moment.

Any help and advise would be fantastic :)

    I assume you have checked the Engine Controls tab in the Control Panel?
