very slow pc

hi everyone,
I would like to ask you something kindly, maybe you can give me an answer, I don't think it definitely depends on the program, but I changed my pc, (I have one more performing than the previous one) the majestic program goes very slowly and in small steps, you have some ideas about it how could I remedy the problem?

    Have a quick look at your CPAN for the "timer" and ensure that MULTIMEDIA is selected as the Queue timer has been having issues since a few Microsoft updates ago.
