Q400 125Hz config tool

Hello - thought I saved a copy of the config tool in the link below - but can not find. Having a few issues getting the Q400 to directly use my yoke - and wanted to verify the joystick number and axis info - used this before but appears to be no longer available - does anyone have a copy?
