Control Panel disagree

It seems it's not possible that assets on Control Panel will be apply to the Q400 PRO
I've try every day pointed "Mass Fuel" to Kilograms and "Atmospheric Pressure" to hPa.
Pushed "Apply" and reloaded the aircraft, but no changes, and I need to have kilograms in fuel and hPa in At. pressure.
How can I do it?

    Ensure you are running the control panel with administrator rights; Right click on CPAN and click "Run as Admin". If you are already loaded in the Q400, you'll need to reload it to see the units change.
