Aircraft wheels up, props spinning, no battery on startup
Issue
On initial cold and dark sim start the Q400 has it's wheels up (though it sits clear of the ground). The gear lock is on. The props are slowly and steadily spinning but there is no engine sound. The cockpit is cold and dark. The battery switches have no effect. Any idea why?
Configuration
New installation of the Q400 Pro 1_020bx32 on a new Win10 P3D 4.5.13.32097. Sim installed in C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 with full file access permissions set for all admin and standard users.

Hi, looking at your installation details are you sure you have installed Q400 Pro 1_020bx32 (32-bit) in P3D 4.5.13.32097 (64-bit) ?
If so then that is probably what is going wrong...
