Missing HONJO waypoint near RJSK
Trying to fly from RJOO to RJSK on route: MINAC3 KCC V31 GTC Y312 YAYOI HONJO RJSK but HONJO dosn't appear on reacently updated FMC. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Are you CERTAIN HONJO still exists? FMC points come and go!

Yes, it does exist on the AIRAC ending 20-MAY-20 and on the latest Jeppesen charts.
It can be entered in the FMS and it gives:
YAYOI 022° / 9.1 Nm HONJO 029° / 11.5 Nm RJSK
