GSX Passengers Not boarding/deboarding

Guys. Owned this plane for a while. But finally starting to learn it. I'm noticing i call for gsx to deboard. It sounds like passengers are getting off the plane but I don't see them walking down the stairs. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks.
