  • Unfortunately we do not have have control over the Simmarket store, but I would strongly recommend starting with Simmarket customer support in rectifying the issue.

    Regarding your Majestic account it is very likely active under your original email address.

  • I also recommend that you "never" provide your email address and order info in any communication.

    This should only be done when communicating directly with the Support department via email.
