FSX DASH8-400 Pilot edition cannot be activated

Hi, can anyone help on a recent purchase of Dash8-400 pilot edition?
sealed , never used - but no activation possible.
CD key entry correct as of package and surname entry as well - says "Cannot connect to server" - what is this ??

    Thanks a lot, couldn't logon for a while.
    Meanwhile I found the solution via customer support site.
    After entering the boxed edition's cd-key I got response with purchase date, validation active and count for installs.
    What made me wonder was customer's name was "n/a". When entering this as surname during installation it worked.
