Is there any news on the Q400? I know 2025 may be the year of release or perhaps slips to 2026 but is the team completely skipping MSFS2020?

I am sure as soon as the team has something tangible to share with us they will let us all know
We are still alive - We have not abandoned the ship as she still sails, but also very busy with multiple projects (MJC and real life/work).
Work is still on-going for the Q400, and very likely will share something when the Boss is able to do so
