@q400sim, Drop us a line at our support email, I think the Boss uses honeycomb equipe T and may be able to offer some input. Cheers

> @Hamsammich said: > The correct word is “Peek.” > “Peak” means height, or top. Really now? Thank you for the insight, I am fully aware of the difference between the two. Cheers

RUN the CPAN with SIM off and make the change that is needed in the CPAN, click APPLY and this will make the change. I assume that you are running P3D v5. Once you oad the aircraft you should see the required change for the HGS

Read the QRH and follow its instructions..

Assuming you are a PRO user an abnormal checklist or QRH has been provided for failures which are a feature of this aircraft. The document can be found in the docs folder and is a Flight Control item which is specifically addressed.

OK so as I thought, but had to verify. There is no way to to manipulate the functionality of the Flight Director via the configuration files for users as it is part of the complex tuning of the flight guidance computer. The only recommendation I…

thanks for the heads up Cheers

There is no manual allowance for this. I can check with the Boss for additional input on this Cheers

Good to hear you found the issue, hopefully your continued flights will be uneventful. Cheers

Hello Mervyn, Double posting the same topic in the forum does not warrant a faster response, we are not always able to expeditiously respond as the forum s not monitored 24/7, but we do make a valiant attempt to respond as soon as able to. I wil…

Ok, then let's go with the option to re-install if every time you attempt the load the Q400 results in blown tires. Keep us posted

Hopefully if MSoft addresses this issue it can go back to its normal process.
-
Yes that is what I suspected you were seeing, hopefully when the Q400 gets a over-haul it will be addressed. Cheers
-
That is very possible, bear in mind that the Q400 was developed initially for FSX, and although some enhancements/changes were made over the years and with Sim platforms improving technologies some renderings may not display like they did/should on …

Thanks for the heads up

Hello, Unfortunately your image quality is not the best so it a be challenging to see how you have the aircraft configured. a quick video may be a better approach to show the steps executed and the aircraft's behavior (or lack thereof). The A…

Thanks for the update. Disabling AUTOSAVE for stuttering of the Q400 is normally a good fix.
-
The PILOT Edition of the Q400 does not have the feature for blown tyres. If deleting the above mentioned files does no work, I would suggest un-installing and re-installing the Q400, be sure to install using Admin Rights. Keep us posted
-
Ok yes, FSUIPC's AUTOSAVE feature does not play well with the Q400 based on how the aircraft is modeled. Checking for its usage was not recommended as your initial post spoke of a bouncing tendency while on the ground, whereas most complaints about …

Providing that you re using the PRO Edition of the Q400 , the twenty min sit should have rectified the issue (even the cheat method of increasing the acceleration rate). However a re-load of the aircraft would certainly correct the issue. there is…

Good afternoon, The issue that you are referencing has been known to be caused sometimes by using a high mesh resolution setting . I normally use 2 or 5 without issue. But again mileage can differ since everyone's rigs are configured differentl…

So it may seem that you more than likely have improperly configured your input device assignments, which is a common error experienced by many. Unfortunately we are not able to determine your input device assignments, and their associated functions…

Thanks, keep us posted

The logic for the yD and AP are correct. The YD can be enabled without the AP, but the YD being disabled/ MEL'd takes out the AP. Cheers
-
We did not realize that there was an issue with the built-in pushback. The pushback is driven by a script. have you by chance disabled your scripts? I would recommend uninstalling the aircraft and re-installing it. Cheers
-
It appears that you still may not have the 125Hz configured correctly in the mjc84.ini file or as @Jax_in_BC mentioned you could have a conflict with your input device binding. Majestic does not provide support for the 125 Hz tool which has been…

Conducting a search on the forum in most cases should provide some pertinent information as someone else may have already experienced the issue. Cheers
-
YOu are welcome, we are always happy to help with issues out of the norm, but we have also taken the time to provide manuals with the aircraft which give adequate guidance for system usage. For in-depth system knowledge, "Smart Cockpits" is a goo…

Sounds like you have a gremlin lurking within. It would be best to un-install and then disable you A/V software and be sure to install using Admin Rights.

This has discussed. Have a look/read and see if some part of the discussion may pertain to your issue. http://majesticsoftware.com/forums/discussion/151/violent-pitching-crashing-after-autopilot-disconnect/p1
