Using a single level controller can make it a challenge to get the true functionality of what a dual throttle quad would provide. As @Jax_in_BC mentioned Saitek/Logitech throttles can be rather twitchy with use and wear and tear. I have never used…

Brakes and throttle quad inputs can be handled directly from within the simulator based on your choice of input device binding. You can try this YouTube source for some guidance

If the Q4XP floats your boat by all means use those videos, the interesting thing is that the majority of the XP users used our manuals to learn how to fly the XP version.

Have a look in your DOC folder and you should see a folder labeled "ExtInterfaces". Withing this folder you should see the required file. If you are running the PRO Edition this file should be in your folder.

Kindly contact us via email at our Support dept. Cheers

Depending on your controls configuration you have to have the controls axii mapped in FSX-SE or FSUIPC if that is your go-to controls application. Unless you are using the 125 Hz controls configuration. Cheers

Thanks for the insight, we'll have a look into this. Cheers

Then this is a message advising that the aircraft has been sitting in icing conditions. How long after the deicing event did you get airborne as there should be some logic built in for hold over times if you sit on the ground for an extended period…

Unfortunately. no. Development for all 32bit platforms have been discontinued. Cheers

Now that I have read a bit closer - Where are you seeing this message "STOP THE PLANE?" Is this in GSX?

That is correct, there is a charge for the addon, as it did require additional work for its implementation. Cheers

Sounds good. Thanks for additional input, but be sure to reach out to us in Support in case there is anything else that may be amiss. Cheers

That is not a Majestic Software product, and sure if the developer still supports it. The EFB addon can be purchased from one of the Majestic Software vendor affiliates: * Aerosoft * Simmarket * Just Flight * Real Flight Shop Or simply …

Have you assigned the AXIIS within the simulator itself? Unless you are utilizing the 125Hz controls.

Additional Information regarding MSFS 2020/2024: Development on the Q400 is on going but we are still in the process of working to source a modeler to begin on the tasks that need to be done, which will be very time consuming. as progress on this…

We are still alive - We have not abandoned the ship as she still sails, but also very busy with multiple projects (MJC and real life/work). Work is still on-going for the Q400, and very likely will share something when the Boss is able to do so …

Thanks for the heads up. We did see the post in the bug tracker. Cheers

Hello @Floren - your key should be available from the vendor from which you purchased the Q400. If you are unable to acquire this data from the vendor which is rare since they have that data in you purchase account, you will need to provide the foll…

I would suggesting going into the control panel when the si. Is not running and set the state and be sure to click on the Apply button and then run the sim. Another option is going into the mjc84.ini and making the change there. There are severa…

@Struggle_Crow Any fixes moving forward will be driven by the new platform implementation if feasible. If I recall there will have to be some correction from the navigraph side of things, but it is still a part of our to do list. Cheers

Hi Bill, No bother, but it sounds like you are having a protection issue. The most common issue surrounding this issue in the past has been when a user installs the Q400 without using Administrator Rights - which is done by right clicking on the…

@ianfisher said: Hi Kroswynd and team. Thanks for the update and for acknowledging that you still have many loyal P3D users who still enjoy flying the Q400 on that platform. It's great to hear we have not been forgotten as you pursue other…
