To add to that we have had some issues where users were unable to utilize SC functionality due to their Internet service provider's routers or firewalls. Unfortunately we MJC do not have a work around for this, although some users have advised that…

Make sure your ports are actually open. Use simple port tester for that. Cheers

@freddy said: You and the team may already be heading down this investigative path … but, it seems to me whenever I see this mentioned, the person is a user of FS2CREW. That said, it might pay to double check me on that via a forum search on…

No you don't as there are provisions within setup to disable the P3D input devices. This way it does not interfere with availability for other aircraft types that you fly. Also for simplicity if you choose to use button bindings for aileron and ru…

This is completely ridiculous. I do jot understand why everything has to be so complicated. PMDG has 100s of options... all configurable via the CDU. Go figure ! > Thanks for your input. Cheers

Most users are satisfied with the default flight control input via FSX or P3D. The 125 Hz controls feature is an "option" that we provided, and that is the way in which we were able make it available at the time of the PRO release. If we were to t…

We personally have not attempted using a xbox controller or gamepad for that matter, and as to the odd result for your controller not really sure what solution to provide. At the time of the PRO Edition we elected to use the present format along…

Unfortunately, the patch that you are attempting to use is for the 64bit Prepar3D version of the Q400. Write to our support department with an explanation of the issue. Cheers

Interestingly, this seems to be an odd occurrence that some folks have experienced. The crazy thing is it is not easily replicated. If anyone is able to replicate the process kindly let us know. Cheers

Not sure what the issue may be then..... Attempt to link the pics via a hosting site.

If the file(s) exceed 2 MB then the forum will reject it. Try downsizing your files or use an external hosting site like Flickr or the likes. Cheers

* Are you able to reproduce this even every time you attempt to fly the Q400? * Are you following the checklist (Check for the control lock)? * If you have indeed disengaged the control lock, then look at the aircraft tyres from the external v…

Thanks for the update. In the past a handful of FSX users (myself included) experienced this issue and it usually pointed to EZ-DOK due to the fact that the had not run EZ-DOK's application after the installation of the Q400, which basically added …

Ran, I have installed and re-installed the aircraft several times yet no landing gear is showing up. systems seems to be operational, though I haven't tried moving the aircraft. the installer does not detect the P3D installation though install…

@freddy said: Hi hhatch, I previously flew the Pilot Edition, before upgrading to the Pro Edition when it was released. Personally, I'd actually recommend you consider getting the Pro Edition over the Pilot Edition purely for the fact that…

It appears that you have a protection issue. This normally requires users to uninstall the Q400 and re-install the add-on using Administrative Rights by right clicking on the installer and "Run As Admin".

Thank you for the update

It could be, have you tried to re-install your Simconnect modules that came with P3D?
-
Sorry we do not support himachi as we have our own protocol for shared cockpit funtionality. Cheers

Kindly write an email to our support department providing your credentials used for purchase of the q400 including your email.

Have you installed the Q400 using administrative rights by right clicking on the insllaer?

@bravomike, That is something I am pushing for... However more than likely it will be an in house production which will have to addressed when the primary development phase is complete. Dimitri is a very meticulous person when it comes to…

Thanks for the share. Our manuals AMM and system manuals do not reflect this. This could very well be a software upgrade or added option which is not a part of the data based on the aircraft we modeled. The likely hood of it being added to t…

The TCAS system is not a part of the ADC TEST. The ADC test switch (three position, spring loaded to center), located on the pilot’s side console, is used to test the Air Data System. Prior to performing the ADC test, the following items should b…

It does nit hurt.... But it is not an image that we want visible in the VC. It is possible that we could revisit another method for making this more easily accessible time permitting.. We do thank you for your suggestion. Chwers

Our original Q300 has this system in place, however, we elected to move away from this method as it takes away from the professional appearance of the flight deck. While it is a simple solution to having quick access to specific panels, it is an …
