Have you purchased the upgrade for the x64 Q400? If not you will have to purchase it from the vendor your purchased the x32 version.

I too have the same issue but using the PRO version in P3D V5. The same as the person above. This is a new install into V5.

@Yoda1976 Unfortunately the crashes with Prepar3D V4.x became more common, we think it has to do either with updates of the sim, or updates of Windows

I reloaded P3Dv5 and tried a second flight and the landing gear did indeed work fine.

Hi, has anyone else had a problem with seeing rain in the cockpit in P3DV5?

I've tried ton install the new patch for P3D v5 but when i'm installing the software it said to me "no order found".

I first installed this 2 years ago. Now I have installed this in both P3DV4 and P3DV5 and uninstalled it again because it was un-usable.

As I suspected, I have managed to install into p3dv4.5 but on trying to install into p3dv5 it tells me that my installs are exhausted.
