No Order Found Error

Hi,

yesterday i downloaded the PRO Version oft he Q400 in order to upgrade my existing PILOT Version.
I can not proceed with the Installation because the Authorization Page oft he Installer keeps telling me NO ORDER FOUND .
I allready sent a Mail to the Support Team, but i am not sure if they received it.
